Revised Aug 2026This is the single most expensive thing in my setup and the only one where I'd tell you to just pay it. A chair is load-bearing infrastructure for anyone who sits for a living, and this one has a twelve-year warranty because it does not break.
The mesh is the whole argument. No foam means no heat, and no foam means nothing to compress and go flat after a couple of years. It feels identical to the day it arrived.
Buy it used. The refurbished market is enormous and a properly reconditioned one is roughly half price with most of the warranty intact.
